The ShiatsuMD Myo-Vise is an improvement on the popular Accu-Massager sold for $48.95 but a lot more functional providing treatment to more parts of your body for less money. Two rods, each with an adjustable firm 3.5 Shiatsuball and a medium density foam roller joined by together by a strong connecting rope that revolves freely.
Adjust the balls to contact any part of the body and then apply pressure to one or both of the unconnected handles. The contact surface can be either the ball or the foam roller. It is great for squeezing away migraine headaches. It's great for shin splints, the ITband, and tight traps. You can use it while sitting in a chair, standing against a wall, or while laying down. You don't have to use two hands to use it either. By laying or leaning a body area on one of the shafts and immobilizing it, you can create a lever and apply a lot of pressure to a targeted area using just one hand.
You are also able to roll the shaft along small targeted areas as you squeeze the handle and rotate it with your hand.
