The MyoVise is similar in concept to the popular Accu-Massager sold for $48.95 but a lot more functional, providing treatment to more parts of your body for less money.  Simply, it works like a nutcracker .

Two rods, each with an adjustable firm 3.5 Myoball and a medium density foam roller joined together by a strong connecting cord that revolves freely atop each of the rods. 

Adjust the firm Myoballs to contact any part of the body and then apply pressure to one or both of the handles.  The contact surface can be either the MyoBall or the foam roller.  It is great for squeezing away migraine headaches, shin splints, the IT band, and tight traps.  You can use it while sitting in a chair, standing against a wall, or while laying down.  You don't have to use two hands to use it either.  By laying or leaning a body area on one of the shafts and immobilizing it, you can create a lever and apply tremendous pressure to a targeted area using just one hand.  

You are also able to roll the shaft along small targeted areas as you squeeze the handle and rotate it with your hand creating a deep massage.
